So I had a nasty RA Flare and really can’t recall most of yesterday. I tried to maintain some semblance of a normal life by going food shopping. I took my cane and off I went and that was all I had energy for so after putting the groceries away I went to bed and there I stayed. I’m just now getting back into the swing of things. Macie used to say that it was a crazy ailment and she sure was right.
